It can be used in the whitening of cellulose fiber, polyamide fiber and fabrics. It shows nionic characters and has optical blue color. It has better resistance to cholride bleaching than VBL and 31#, the most favorable dyeing bath PH value is 7-10.Its sunlight resistance is 4 grade. The most advantage it used in ***ergent industry is its high matching capacity, high accumulated washing whitening effect. So it can meet the requirements of various matching capacity in ***ergent industry.
APPLICATION:
1. Fluorescent whitening agent for ***ergent industry. the synthetic ***ergent and soap will have better aspect after usage of this agent.
2. Fluorescent whitening agent for the fabric of cotton fiber, nylon, etc. Has excellent whitening effect on artificial fiber, polyamide, vinylon, also has good whitening effect on casein fiber, amide plastic.
PROCEDURE:
Optical brightener FBCW has less solubility than VBL and 31# and can be soluble in hot water and form 10% turbid solution. The solution should be used immediately when it is ready and avoid sunlight. The dosage used is 0.1-0.5% in ***ergent industry and 0.1-0.3% in dyeing industry. |
